27–28 October 2026 · International Congress Centre · Katowice
The Africa–Poland Platform (AfrykaPolska) is proud to celebrate the successful panel discussion ‘Poland–Africa: Opportunities for Strategic Cooperation’, held during the 16th European Congress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Katowice.
The discussion brought together H.E. Mrs. Nomvula Mngomezulu, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to Poland; Mr. Yuga Buassa, CEO and Founder of the Africa–Poland Platform; Mrs. Anna Leśnodorska, Deputy Director of the Foreign Expansion Support Department at PAIH; and Mrs. Monika Nizioł, Honorary Consul of South Africa in Katowice. The panel was moderated by Dr. Jacek Guzek, Business and Management Advisor specialising in Poland–South Africa relations.
The exchange highlighted the role of diplomatic engagement, institutional partnerships and direct business connections in building stronger economic relations between Poland and African countries. Yuga Buassa emphasised the importance of practical links between Polish and African businesses and a framework for meaningful, long-term cooperation.
The panel created valuable momentum for continued dialogue and future collaboration. AfrykaPolska remains dedicated to promoting bilateral economic relations through international networking, business delegations, trade initiatives, institutional cooperation and cross-cultural engagement.
We sincerely thank the Congress organisers, distinguished panellists, moderator and everyone who contributed to this important discussion. Our mission continues: connecting Poland and Africa, strengthening relationships and creating opportunities for shared prosperity.
