- We forward the list of registered companies to the Embassy. Entry and accreditation are decided by the organisers, and we do not sell entry to the forum.
- The programme and dates are set by the organisers and may change.
- We do not guarantee meetings with officials, access to closed sessions or any part of the programme.
- ASI, EduCentre DK and ASI DRC are not agents of the organisers or of any government body. Our fees cover logistics only.
- Support services are delivered by ASI, EduCentre DK and ASI DRC. Payment terms: 50% on signing the agreement, 50% 30 days before departure.
